Medical Student needs help for prostatitis and heartburn due to starting over-masturbation before puberty

Hello Dr. Lin. I need your help. I am a 23 year old first year medical student who is having problems with my erection. I have been masturbating since I was 12 years old every day. Most days I have done it 4-5 times a day. In the last 2 or 3 years I have noticed that I dont get spontaneous erections anymore. Since September I have been diagnosed with prostatitis and have been taking antibiotics for it. My question to you is this. What can I do to help my situation.
