Hi Dr. Lin,

Thanks in advance for taking the time to read this. I am 26 years old, and I had taken proppecia for 6 months; I stopped when I realized it was having an effect on my sexual function. Let me clarify; I can still achieve an erection, no problems there, but the orgasm seems a lot weaker. Specifically, before propeecia it used to be quite powerful -- at climax, my penis would powerfully keep convulsing and keep shooting out semen for some time. Ever since I took proopecia, however, my climax is almost anti-climactic --- like all the semen just kinda spills out at the end, without any pumping or shooting like before-- I mean it looks like my penis is trying weakly to move during the orgasm, but it is quite unsuccessful. It has been 5 months since I have stopped propeccia, and the problem still persists. In addition, my semen quantity is a lot less than it used to be before prropecia. I am really worried that I may have permanently damaged my sexual function, although I am grateful that I can still achieve erection and still do have some semen... I would be most grateful for your comments on my case, as well as any advice on how to remedy the problem without creating even more problems in the process.
