I have a problem and I would ask you, as if you
can help me. I am 37 years old man and over the past
ten years I am suffering from a miserable pain in the
left side between rectum and my thigh and visited a
lot of urologist doctors without any results. All my

burning at that area. I feel at that area like wound
and tightness there and if I sit my pain is getting
worse. The worse things is after ejaculation but have
to mentioned I don?t have any problem during
ejaculation even before or after the only things is a
few hours or one day after ejaculation my pain get
worse. I took a lot of antibiotic and others
medication and they not only didn?t help but also
getting worse. One of my doctor told me the muscle
spasm around rectum causes my pain and he gave me some
muscle relaxation such as diazeppam and imiipram and
when I take them it take a little bit my pain off but
only for a few hours but my pain come back.
I would like to tell you during the night that means
when I sleep I don?t feel any pain or tightness that I
have to go to bathroom. And if I take hot bath or hot
shower my pain is in minimum level and I am more
comfortable but unfortunately exactly after showing my
pain come back. By the way some of my doctor told me
that could be sycalocical and can cause this problem.
