I am a 22 year old male. About 8 months ago I started to have trouble controlling my urination (feels like a have to urinate very often), no morning erection, weak erections, and little to no sexual orgasm (the fluid is near clear). During sex or masterbation I have a very weak erection and will ejaculate prematurely in as little time as a minute.
