I have read your website with great interest. I am surprised that you have such sound knowledge in sexology. Your profound explaination to many troubles people encounter in sex and love life is very convincing.

I need your help. I am a chronic prostatitis suffer for about 20 years. I had slight pain and hot feeling when I urinated and felt uncomfortable in the low pelvic area. I have never had very good erection since I started the first sex life many year ago. Sometimes I had premature ejeculation. Sometimes I was impotent or partially impotent. Doctor told me I had prostatitis. One examination about six years ago reported that there were many white cells in my prostate secretion after massage. But at that time my prostate was not enlarged. I tried many different anibiotics but none worked at all. I often felt very tired and weak, and I could not concentrated on work or study.

Starting from early this year, my trouble is getting worse and I feel more pain in the pelvic area. I felt hot and burning when I urinated. About two month ago, I visited doctors including urologists. I had prostate massage followed by a urine test. Doctor told me I had inflammation in prostate and I start to take antibiotics. After two runs of antibiotic treatment, I have not got any improvement. I am feeling my situation is getting worse. I am gradually feeling uncomfortable and sore in my rectum and feeling there is somthing like a golfball in my rectum, which makes me feel very uncomfortable. This is new symptom. The ultrasound exam showed that my prostate is mildly enlarged and my urologist also told me my prostate is enlareged through the digital examination. I also have low backpain. The very strange phenomenon happenig to me is I seem to more hairy and my body hairs seem to be longer and more intense. But I am now not able to have a good erection even after strong sexual stimulation. Even when I masturbate somtimes my pennis can not become very hard. I am also losing some body weight. I am only 40 years!
old. Am I start to age ? To improve my body immune system, I go jogging every morning. my appetite has been improved a lot and other symptoms got no change. What is my problem ? I desperately need your kind help.
