Recently, post intercourse/mastrubation I started to experience burning pain in the area between scrotum and legs. The pain spread towards my anus. Once the area between anus and scrutum started to burn I had difficulty sitting down and eventually difficulty walking. There is mild redness, but nothing representative of the burning pain. The area between the legs and scrotum gets very moist when pain is present. I visited a dermatologist, but he wasn't able to give a definite diagnosis. He prescribed Pramossone (2.5% hydrocortisone acetate, 1% pramoxine) once that didn't help, he prescribed LidalMantle HC (lidocaine HCI 3%, hydrocortisone acetate .5%). The last one soothed the symptoms somewhat but didn't eliminate them. Currently I have some burning pain in the scrotum-leg area, which is, once again, getting closer to anus. My seating area is somewhat irritated and it is bothersome to sit, even if other symptoms are absent. I don't have any known allergies. I've bee!

The pain seems to be within the skin and not internal. It is always worse after intercourse or martrubation.
