I want to say thank you and how relieved I was when I discovered your website. I thought I was doomed with these problems! I have had sexual problems for some time now. I suffer from poor erections or not being able to achieve/sustain one at all and always suffer from premature ejaculation now. I know I have brought these upon myself for at one time I was very strong and long-lasting in bed. Now I am pathetic! Here is what I believe has caused this: I abused drugs and alchohol for the last several years. I began abusing it in high doses and did so off and on over last year. I became disgusted and stopped but continued using ectasy and pot. I then quit pot a few months ago and a month ago I quit ectasy for I had a feeling it had something to o with my problem. Now upon reading your website I know I was right. I also used to masturbate sometimes multiple times a day to alleviate anxiety or sexual urge. I havent masturbated much at all in recent months however. I also have noticed varicose veins on the top of my penis. i also notice my penis is smaller when erect and when flaccid. My girlfriend has stayed with me and been polite, but I feel embarassed and guilty every time we have sex, or try to have sex. I will now abstain from any street drugs or drinking and will not masturbate. But what I can do to heal these problems? Supplements (hopefully afordable ones)? Exercise Methods? Diet?
