He prescribed me a therapy to recover my hair. 1 dose of prropecia every day. 2 special soft shampoos to be alternated every day, An antibiotic called Tetradox (Doxicillin -100mg X 1 a day), Itraspor (Itraconazol 100mg X 4 a day), pantogar (a special hair vitamin). He also mentioned that there are some micro-animals on my face which we need to eliminate which cause the micro-capillaries to dilate and become more visible on the face, so he prescibed that I use Imex (tetrasiclin Hidrochlorid) + Locoid Lipocream on my face. He told me no alcohol (but I drink it socially still), no chocolate, no pasta more than 2 times a week, a lot of red meat. In addition to doing what he prescribed as much as I can, I also started exercising more (running every day for 30 minutes).

Today : my penis feels weeker, it doesn't want to get up. It was 1.5 inches today, kind of trying to hide from me. When I touched it it didn't get affected either. It's really weird. I don't feel like masturbating at all (low-libido). My penis also looks like it wants to retract and hide inside. I don't know if my hair is getting better, but the shedding has stopped a little I think, but I can't really tell.

I am also drinking alcohol, alcohol affects the liver, and the liver does something to the DHT. Also, it seems like during masturbation, you use DHT hormones to fill up the penis with blood. So each time I masturbate I guess some DHT disappears right? Is this right? Did I understand this correctly?

So what should I do?
-stop exercising? (but I really want to lose weight and look more fit)
-stop using Propeecia? (but I don't really want to lose my hair)
-stop drinking alcohol? (socially, it's a bit hard to go to a bar and not drink)
-stop masturbating/sex ? (but you know it's a bit normal to have sex also)
-start eating more meat? (will it really help? )

I would appreciate an ideal, balanced solution if you can help me find one. I don't really want to stop any of these, but maybe you might have a good solution.

I would appreciate a quick response, as I am thinking about stopping Proppecia tomorrow. I don't want to lose my erectile functionality because of my hair. I think I can probably keep using Rogaine, or some other solution you recommend and keep my hair, or get back my hair since it's a recent problem.
